Summer in a glass. Made using whole, locally grown strawberries and a black pepper distillate this is a crowd pleaser and a half!
Ingredients:
50ml Summer Gin
150ml Elderflower Tonic
Basil leaves and sliced strawberries
Garnish
We are not usually ones for flavoured tonics, but we make an exception for this gin. The combination of the sweet elderflower in the tonic and the fresh strawberries, with the herbaceous basil leaves and warm black pepper is a rounded, balanced G&T. Punchy and bright this is one to treat yourself to on a summer BBQ type of evening!
