This distinctive cocktail takes inspiration from one of Pikes cocktails, but we have altered this one to work especially well with our Negroni inspired Gin as we love to show off how versatile this gin is!
Ingredients:
Negroni Gin 25ml
Carrot Juice 25ml
Orange Juice 25ml
Honey
Thyme
Limoncello 15ml

This distinctive cocktail takes inspiration from one of Pikes cocktails, but we have altered this one to work especially well with our Negroni Inspired Gin as we love to show off how versatile this gin is!
Add the gin, juices, limoncello and a squeeze of honey to a cocktail shaker and add plenty of ice. Shake thoroughly to combine and chill and strain into a chille coup or martini glass, serve with a sprig of thyme and enjoy. This is short, punchy and brave but very, very tasty – however, with 3 out of 4 of us being redheads ourselves we might be a little biased!
