Frozen Spring G&T

We first tried this during the 40 degree heatwave of summer 2022 (something that I hope doesn’t become the norm as I write this.)

Ingredients:

50ml Gin (we are using our Spring edition, but any of our gins work for this)

Crushed Ice

Tonic Water

Garnish

Method:

Take a double measure of gin, we have used spring as this works really well, but our Summer Edition, Negroni Inspired Gin, French 75 Dry Gin or Original all work really well here, and put it in a blender with lots of ice.

Blend until slushy but still icy and decant into a balloon glass (the stem will help it melt less quickly).

Top up with some tonic, which needs to be very cold to keep the slush for as long as possible, garnish and enjoy!
