Spring Tom Collins

A classic Tom Collins, but with a seasonal twist.


50ml Sibling Spring Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Sugar Syrup (optional)

Soda Water

Maraschino Cherry

Cubed Ice


Add the Spring Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup (if you’re using it) to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake or stir to combine and chill.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water.

Serve with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry for a little touch of sweetness.

Using the Spring Gin brings a really interesting, herby element which we love on a weekend afternoon in the garden, but it works just as well with our original gin too!
