Simple Raspberry and Rose Cooler

We are a massive fan of simple cocktails and this three ingredient cocktail is up there with the best of them!

Ingredients:

50ml Sibling Gin

150ml Rose Lemonade

Chambord

Rose petals

Cubed Ice

Method:

Simply add a double measure of gin over a glass full of cubed ice, top up with rose lemonade (Fentimans is great but there are others out there) and drizzle a dash of Chambord in at the end; add a rose petal or two and enjoy.

This is one we frequently roll out when catering wedding bars as it is so easy to make and everyone loves it, the rose petals are optional as they only add a light aroma, but they do look pretty if you’re really treating yourself/your guests.
