50ml Sibling Autumn Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
Creme de Mure
Sugar syrup (optional)
Combine the Autumn Gin and Lemon Juice over some cubed ice in a shaker (with the sugar syrup if you’re using it) and shake/stir until mixed and chilled.
Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and drizzle the Creme de Mure so that it ‘bleeds’ through the ice and some settles at the bottom.
Add a frozen blackberry or two as garnish and enjoy.
