Rosè Martini

A true classic with a rosè twist – we love the combination of the vanilla and blueberry in our Original gin with the hint of rosè sweetness from the vermouth.


50ml Original Gin

15ml Rosè Vermouth

Lemon Peel


To make, combine the gin and vermouth in a shaker with cubed ice and stir (or shake if you’re a bond fan) and strain into a chilled martini glass.

We prefer a lemon peel garnish with this to retain the freshness.

There are many debates about the correct gin vs vermouth ratio and this is just out opinion – feel free to tweak!
