This gin is designed to replicate the flavours of the French 75 and even uses locally grown, champagne blend grapes as well as slices of fresh lemon in the botanical mix.
A real cracker if we say so ourselves!

50ml Gin
150ml premium tonic
Twist of Lemon Peel
Sprig of Rosemary
Garnish
One of the traditional ways to serve a French 75 cocktail (a mixture of gin, Champagne, lemon juice and sugar) was with rosemary and lemon, so we designed our gin with that in mind.
Like with our Original gin, we prefer a twist of peel to a slice of lemon as it minimises the sweetness and brings a huge hit of zesty aroma to the drink.
