After the success of our Negroni Inspired Gin, we were looking for the next cocktail to use as inspiration, when one of our longest term customers, Dryhill Vineyard, approached us to let us know that they were about to harvest their first grapes. We absolutely had to find a way to use the skins once they had been pressed.
One of our favourite cocktails is the French 75, a mixture of gin, lemon and champagne, so this seemed the perfect opportunity to work on something new – and we are so glad we did!
